Hop-On Hop-Off Gozo is the easiest way to explore Malta's sister island. Gozo is known for its quiet villages, ancient temples, dramatic cliffs, and clear waters. Our open-top bus follows a single scenic loop so you can get on and off whenever you like. One ticket is valid for the whole day, so you can visit the main stops—including Victoria (Citadel), Marsalforn, Xlendi, and Ġgantija—at your own pace.
The island is small but packed with sights. Without a car, getting between villages and beaches can be tricky. Our hop-on hop-off service solves that: buses run on a fixed schedule, and you can board at any stop along the route. We run a single loop that covers the main tourist areas. The full circuit takes about 90 minutes if you stay on the bus. Most passengers hop off at two or three stops—for example, the Citadel in Victoria, a beach like Ramla or Xlendi, and perhaps Ġgantija Temples. What You Can See Along the Way
The route passes through Gozo's most popular areas. Victoria is the island's capital and home to the Citadel. Marsalforn and Xlendi offer beaches and dining. The Ġgantija Temples are a UNESCO World Heritage site. Ramla Bay has a wide red-sand beach. Our stops guide lists what to see at each one.
How Hop-On Hop-Off Works
Buy your ticket in advance or at designated stops. On the day, go to any stop on the route. When the bus arrives, show your ticket and hop on. You can ride the full loop for the views or get off at any stop—for example at the Citadel or a beach. When you're ready, wait for the next bus; your ticket is valid for unlimited travel that day. Check the timetable for departure times.
Buses are open-top where possible, so you get clear views of the countryside and coast. Commentary is usually available on board. For a smooth day, we recommend checking the timetable the evening before and choosing two or three stops so you have time to explore without rushing. Many guests enjoy combining the bus with a swim at Xlendi or Ramla and a visit to Victoria's citadel.
