Hop-on hop-off bus and ticket

Hop-On Hop-Off Gozo Tickets

Book your day ticket online. One ticket gives you unlimited hop-on hop-off travel.

How to Buy Your Ticket

Hop-On Hop-Off Gozo tickets can be bought online in advance or at selected stops on the day, subject to availability. We recommend booking online in peak season (April–October). When you book online, you usually receive a confirmation by email with a voucher or e-ticket. Show this when you board the bus. One ticket is valid for unlimited hop-on hop-off travel on the route for the whole day. For the route and bus times, see the route map and timetable.

What the Ticket Includes

The day ticket includes unlimited travel on the hop-on hop-off bus for the date you choose. You can board at any stop and get off at any other stop. The ticket does not usually include entry to paid attractions such as the Ġgantija Temples or Citadel museums; those are paid separately at the site. The bus runs on a fixed timetable, so be at the stop when the bus is due.

Prices and Validity

Prices vary by operator and season. Typically there is a single tier for a one-day adult ticket, and sometimes reduced rates for children, seniors, or families. The ticket is valid for one calendar day: from the first bus of the day until the last. You cannot use it on a different day unless you have purchased a multi-day option (if offered). Always confirm the validity and any age or group discounts on the booking site before paying. Once you have your ticket, plan your stops so you make the most of your day. Our stops guide describes what to see at each one.

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation and change rules depend on the seller. Many operators allow free cancellation or date changes up to 24–48 hours before the travel date. After that, the ticket may be non-refundable. If the weather is bad or your plans change, check the terms at the time of booking. Some sellers offer a flexible date option for a small extra fee. It is always worth reading the terms before you buy. Check the terms before you buy.

Using Your Ticket on the Day

On the day of travel, go to any stop on the route. Have your ticket ready (digital or printed). When the bus arrives, show it and board. You can stay on for the full loop or get off at any stop. When you want to continue, wait for the next bus at the same or another stop. Keep your ticket for the whole day. For a smooth day, choose two or three stops in advance and allow enough time at each.
